Companions Coffee

In 2016, Oregon State University entomologist George Poinar, Jr. announced the invention of a model new plant species which is a 45-million-year-old relative of espresso found in amber. Several species of shrub of the genus Coffea produce the berries from which coffee is extracted. The two main species commercially cultivated are Coffea canephora (predominantly a type generally recognized as 'robusta') and C. Arabica, the most extremely regarded species, is native to the southwestern highlands of Ethiopia and the Boma Plateau in southeastern Sudan and Mount Marsabit in northern Kenya. Using this captured inventory, a Polish soldier named Kulczycki opened the first coffeehouse in Vienna. Nowadays it's confirmed that the first coffeehouse in Vienna was opened by the Armenian Johannes Theodat in 1685.
